Product info

We don't use any preservatives in our sweets, so all products should be stored covered in a cool, dry place away from direct sun. Cookies are best eaten within 3 weeks, but can stored for up to 6 weeks. Cookies can also be placed in the freezer to extend shelf life.

Our products are made in a facility that processes foods that contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, and chocolate. While some cookies may not contain all of these products, trace amounts of them may be found in our products.

Privacy Policy
We do not share customer information with any other parties. Your personal information is only used for the purchase and shipping of your order. Online purchase are kept confidential.

Shipping
All cookies are baked to order, so please allow up to 7 business days for shipping via FedEx. Note, orders placed after 3:00 PM on Wednesday will be shipped the following week. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we will not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Further, we currently are unable to ship outside of the United States.

O'Cookies is not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Shipping costs depend on location. We do not ship over the weekend and do not provide Saturday delivery. Same-day messenger service is available if you are in the Manhattan area. Deadlines
Please remember: orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. Please allow 7 business days for us to process your order.  If orders are placed in advance of deadlines but require Holiday delivery, the word "HOLIDAY" along with a requested delivery date must be written in the "Order notes/instructions" box at checkout.  In all other circumstances we will ship orders as we process them.
