What I learned at Pure Food and Wine + a New Recipe:

Spending some time working in the kitch at Pure Food and Wine was incredible. I definitely learned a lot and have already been playing around with my own versions of my favorite dishes including this one: Pinot Noir Crisps with Herbed Cashew Cream, Trumpet Mushrooms + Caramelized Shallots and an Apricot-Riesling Sauce.

  • This was such a great wedding and very bfeatiuul!! One of the best I have done!!You two looked great and I am very happy for you!! You both look very much in love and that is something very special. Weddings like yours, with the happiness flowing, the relaxing evening, and the overall good feelings it creates is the reason why I do weddings. It helps me realize/remember there is true love and there is happiness in this world!
